great atmosphere but disappointing customer service
The gardens are fine. The breakfast was good, served outdoors with a variety of fresh ingredients. The room decor was charming and added to the cozy feel of our stay. I loved the relaxing garden view from our terrace.
Customer service fell short, especially regarding our reservation issue.

I had 3 nights in Saint-Tropez, spending the time here lovely. There were air conditioning, a safe, and a minibar in my superior double room, truly enjoyed it. All the staff members were super-friendly and amiable.

very nice old manor style hotel with great garden and heated outdoor pool, very friendly staff, very quiet, near to town centre

Beautifully maintained grounds enhance the stay.
We were really let down . The pool area was tired and lacked adequate seating. On top of that, the food options were heavy and unsatisfying, especially considering the prices we were paying. It just was like the hotel wasn't living up to its reputation.

There is the parking and in 5 minute by walk you are in the center of the village. They had make a very good soup for my son with out extra.
In the Hotel description there is the private beach! There isn't any private beach!! The hotel is old and need to be refurbish. It's very expensive to eat in the hotel.

Not bad, but seen better for these prices
The directions to the hotel are bad - Booked.net says that it is situated on Route de Tahiti - but you won't find it on that road. Actually found the apartment on Belle Isgnarde.

The hotel met needs well, it was a FAIRLY NICE stay as 5 * over all-foreseeing and anticipation of guest needs would allow for an elevated level of service. The room was beautiful and exceptionally comfortable, we had a minibar, satellite TV and climate control. The location was favourable and beautiful, for example, Musee de l'annonciade Art Museum was not too far from the venue. Furthermore, the area was relatively quiet.
